About THAILAND

Loveliest places on earth and one of the best scuba diving sports in the world.

Starting from Phukets east coast, you could head north to Phang Nga Bay via Koh Yao Yai or Koh Yao Noi to the east. Both are eco-friendly islands where locals still enjoy a relatively unspoiled way of life.

Up to the north in Phang Nga Bay float around its more than 120 strange looking “islands” soaring majestically skyward, explore the many hongs (caves), go snorkelling at Kai Island to hand feed the fish and then head off to Krabu.

Krabi is one of Thailand’s classic southern provinces with its idyllic islands and tropical jungle. Call in at Krabi Town or Ao Nang for provisions and a day onshore.

Then head south to Phi Phi Islands off Phuket’s south east where you have six islands to sail/motor around within a national park. Famous for “The Beach” movie, Phi Phi offers great sightseeing, beaches and reefs for snorkelling and diving. Along the way encounter a myriad of small islands to explore.

From Phi Phi you could head for Phuket’s west coast beaches via Promthep Cape at the foot of the islands, anchoring at one of Asia’s top beaches, beautiful Nai Harn, then head up the coast stopping off at Kata, Karon, Patong, Kamala, Surin, Bang Tao and Nai Thon beaches and finishing at Mai Khao in the northwest.

Just for fun head further south of Phuket to Koh Racha Yai and Koh Racha Noi, two epic charter destinations noted for their secluded bays, swimming, snorkelling or diving. There are private beaches and top resorts.

After all this southern sailing, If adventure calls keep going north to the Similan Islands, off Phang Nga’s west coast. More than 80,000 rai of National park, the Similans have been rated one of the 10 loveliest places on earth and one of the best scuba diving sports in the world.

Koh Chang – an archipelago of 52 islands on the Gulf of Thailand’s eastern seaboard, 300 km southeast of Bangkok – as an ideal place for cruise sailing, which is still not taken over by tourist fever

Koh Chang Island is the biggest and most developed island in the archipelago and is slowly but surely adapting to tourism. As the island’s are a part of the Protected National Park there are many laws in place which help protect and retain the charm of islands and preserve the people’s traditional way of life.

It is part of the Mu Ko Chang National Park archipelago which constitutes a total of 52 smaller islands.

A yacht charter in Koh Chang can first wade through the smaller adjoining islands that form the archipelago. Stop by the quaint little museum by the beach at Ko Mak and experience the tranquillity of the setting sun by the Ao Phai beach in Ko Samet. You can also choose to spend a day in the Khao Laem Ya – Mu Ko Samet National Park – an experience unlike any other!

Island excursion off the coast of Pattaya offers an idyllic escape from the busy coastal city. Koh Phai and Koh Rin Islands are uninhabited and ringed with beautiful pristine beaches.

Visit the famous islands of Coral Island, Koh Sak, stop at secret coves to dive in the blue waters of the Gulf of Thailand, or feed the monkeys on Monkey Island.
